My fees are from £40 per session either online or in person.
I have a vast amount of experience of working with people who have anxiety, depression, abuse and low self-esteem. In life we suffer different kinds of bereavement, not just the loss of a loved one, we may grieve for the loss of a lifestyle, mobility, children moving away from home or even a job. I aim to build a relationship of trust and for you to find your own unique voice that allows you to be valued and to grow.
